Sometimes, it's in the smallest things that we get our biggest blessings.

No matter what.  No matter when.  No matter where.  Just know that God can.

Look around you.  Look within you.  Look in front, behind, under and next to you.  And then, look up to the only true Help there is.  Look up, you have what you need.

Exercise to be strong and healthy. 
Exercise your mine:  read, study, learn profitable material
Exercise your body:  take a walk
Exercise your spirit:  study the Word of God, pray daily.

When was the last time you looked your child straight in the face and said, "I'm so glad you're mine"?  This might be a good time.

Have you hugged your child today?

Start in prayer so you can end in peace.

Spouses need attention, too.

Work first.  Play later.  Rejoice now.  Pray always.

Even the rose has thorns.  They don't distract from its beauty, but they do make you handle the rose more carefully.
